Phone and Email Consultations on legal matters
As a member you'll receieve up to six preventative consultations from you Family Legal Services consultant by phone or email on any personal or business-related matter. Just contact Family Legal Services during regular business hours when you have a legitimate problem or question.
Phone Calls and Letters
A phone call or letter from FLS can get you the results you want - fast! We will recommend a letter or phone call when that is the best step for you. You're entitled to teo calls or letters per year with your membership.
Contract and Document Review
You can have two personal legal documents up to two pages each reviewed each year.
Wills
A simple will for $50.00 each and $75.00 each if minor children are involved. Trust preparation is available at a 25% discount off the attorney's standard rate.
Member Discount of Legal Services
FLS members will receive a 25% reduction from the standard hourly rate for you or your spouse should you need legal services not covered or exceeding benefits within the plan. A retainer may be required for services being rendered under this benefit. Several days are required for preparation for court presentation. Hourly rates for Referral Lawyers and court appearances may vary. FLS can also refer you to a local attorney at reduced rates for specialized cases, if necessary.
